Carrefour opens a supermarket in Winmarkt Grand Center in Ploiesti

The new agreement is a continuation of the partnership signed in March between the two companies, in which Carrefour ensured their presence in three shopping centers in the following cities : Turda , Bistrita in 2009 and Cluj in 2010.

The new Carrefour Market will be located at the ground floor of the commercial center Winmarkt Grand Center in the center of Ploiesti, with an area of 1215 square meters, of which 905 sqm of sales area. The supermarket will be opened by the end of 2009 and will create approximately 40 new jobs.

"The contract with Winmarkt allows us therefore to continue to expand, opening a new supermarket Carrefour Market in Ploiesti, a city important to us, and addressing the needs of proximity and time management at shopping for our customers.
