Owners of Winmarkt commercial centers brought in an Italian at the company’s steering wheel

Italian company Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione (IGD), which last year paid over 180 million for the 15 Winmarkt shopping centers in the country, brought Antonio Di Berardino in charge of management operations, who will replace Sergiu Stapler, general manager of network during 2001-2009. Stapler skyrocketed the Winmarkt network from 2 million in revenue per year to about 20 million, so he is one of the key people in the NCH investment fund, the network developer.

Berardino has 10 years experience in real estate and was involved in the acquisition of the network of stores in Ploiesti, Ramnicu-Valcea and Tulcea.
