Tuesday, March 31, 2009, the chain of shopping centers Winmarkt and appliances retailer Domo have concluded a deal for the next 5 years, in which Domo ensures their presence in 9 of Winmarkt's shopping centers in the country.

Thus, Domo is expected to open during April-May a 1000 sqm store in the shopping center Winmarkt Magura in Bistrita and to expand the surfaces of other 3 stores in Buzau, Braila and Vaslui, by relocating from the basement to the upper levels of the centers in these cities.

For the other 5 existing stores in Ploiesti, Ramnicu Valcea, Tulcea, Galati and Slatina the contracts will be extended until April 1, 2014. Domo will occupy in the next 5 years, 9 commercial spaces in Winmarkt shopping centers, with a total hall area of 6460 square meters for sale.

This partnership with Domo, came in at 2 weeks after signing with Carrefour, is part of the company's strategy to strengthen Winmarkt's position on the segment of commercial centers by signing partnerships with strong retailers that will ensure the network's long term stability.

Domo Retail had the most dynamic industrial evolution, with a steady growth of all business indicators from year to year.
