Thus, MiniMAX is expected to open one store in the basement of the following centers: Winmarkt Dacia in Buzau , Braila Winmarkt Danube, Winmarkt Central Vaslui, and on the ground floor of the shopping center Winmarkt Diana of Tulcea. Following this agreement, MiniMAX is extending, reaching, by signing other similar collaborations, a total of 30 locations nationwide until the end of September this year.
The 4 MiniMAX units will have the following surfaces: 840 sq m in Vaslui, 1000 sq m in Buzau, , 900 sq m in Braila and 740 sq m in Tulcea. All 4 locations will be opened until the end of September, the first opening having to take place in Vaslui on July 23.

Winmarkt, the network of 15 shopping centers located in the center of 13 cities in Romania, is owned by Italian company Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione (IGD), a company listed on the stock exchange in Milan, one of the most active players on the real estate market in Italy, with value of the portfolio of 1.4 billion Euro.
miniMAX Discount is a Romanian retail company, which operates discounter-type shops and whose central administration is located in Bucharest, where it has a 15,000 sq m warehouse. This nationwide network is present with 22 branches in: Arad, Colan, Calarasi, Campulung Muscel Cernavoda Cisnadie, Hunedoara, Mangalia, Oltenita, Oravita, Pascani Pucioasa, Rasnov, Sinaia, Slatina (2), Stefanesti Targoviste Titu, Turnu Magurele, Urziceni and Victoria. The final stage of the network aims to open over 100 stores.
