The most important bet that we made, and that has proved to be the winner, was the decision to reconfigure the upper floor spaces that have been transformed into office spaces, fitness halls, entertainment areas or medical clinics<\/i>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\"><span class=\"s3\"><b>CSR \u2013 Sustanability report<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important element of Winmarkt&#8217;s strategy not only for Winmarkt&#8217;s success but also for promoting a sustainable future. Annually, the Group carries out a sustainability report to measure environmental impact, employees and the economic environment, in compliance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. The main focus is over the real estate sector since Winmarkt&#8217;s main business being renting commercial spaces (property, asset and facility management).
