This decision is part of the development strategy and the Group&#8217;s operations plan for the local market.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The extension of the Board of Directors (BoD) is one of the measures implemented at the management level of the <i>Win Magazin SA<\/i>, in line with the development strategy and implies an efficient partition of the increased attributions allocated so far to former BoD. So, starting this month, the roles and management of divisions are defined as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Executive Chairman of Winmarkt&#8217;s Board of Directors &#8211; Daniele Cabuli<\/b> (Chief Operating Officer at IGD SiiQ SPA)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Executive Director &#8211; Carlo Barban <\/b>(Director of Administration and Legal &amp; Corporate Affairs at IGD SiiQ SPA), responsible for corporate division, legal department, tax and administration<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Executive Director &#8211; Gianluca Martora<\/b> (Head of Asset Management and Development at IGD SiiQ SPA), responsible for the development of the real estate portfolio and the technical division, as well as for public relations and external communication<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Non executive Director \u2013 Andrea Bonvicini <\/b>(Director of Finance Division at IGD SiiQ SPA)<b> <\/b> <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Non executive Director \u2013 Raffaele Nardi<\/b> (Director of Planning, Control and Investor Relations at IGD SiiQ SPA) <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Until date, Carlo Barban has held extensive roles in the company, acting as CEO <i>Win Magazin<\/i> <i>SA <\/i>and Managing Director <i>Winmarkt Management SRL,<\/i> with solid and proven track record in the network\u2019s development, since April 2014. Previously he held the position of CFO of <i>Win Magazin<\/i> <i>SA<\/i> for 5 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The takeover from Carlo Barban by <b>Gianluca Martora<\/b> in terms of investments and internal and external communication comes as a natural consequence of both the expansion of the management team and the experience Gianluca Martora has gained in the IGD group so far, in the position of Head of Asset<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Management and Development.
