The pavement in front of the Commercial Galleries will be modernized

Ploieşti City Council approved, at the end of last week, a project aimed at modernizing the pavement in front of the Omnia store and the Shopping Malls, located a few steps from kilometer zero of the municipality. The works will be carried out at the expense of the economic agent that owns the shopping center.
Thus, the project approved by unanimous votes in the CL Ploiesti meeting aims to sign an additional act to the 2004 contract concluded by the municipality with Winmarkt representatives. According to this document, the economic agent undertakes to carry out, at his own expense, the necessary works for the rehabilitation of the pavement in front of the Omnia store, with an area of ​​1,510 square meters, and the pavement in front of the Commercial Galleries, with an area of ​​3,100 square meters. The management of the shopping center will have five weeks from the signing of the additional act for the first works, respectively ten weeks for the second area. Also, the company will also have the obligation to ensure the maintenance of the pavement, for five years from the date of reception of the works.
The proposed materials were presented in the Town Planning Commission of the City Council, being also provided in an annex of the project approved last week.
