F.C Petrolul Ploiești @ Winmarkt – postponed until June

Unfortunately, due to some unwanted injuries among the players of the FC Petrolul Ploiesti football team, which led to the reorganization of the team, and taking into account the very important match on Saturday, the FC Petrolul club announced the impossibility of honoring the invitation at the meeting with the Ploietan supporters that should have taken place on Friday, May 17, from 6:00 p.m., in the Winmarkt Grand Center. The more delicate situation in which the team is now, makes it impossible to participate in an event of this kind, the players having to stay in the training camp and concentrate 100% on the football game on Saturday.

Understanding the situation in which the football team is, we decided to postpone the organization of the meeting with the supporters for next month.

We are waiting for you then with an even more spectacular show, with many surprises and special moments, as we used to do every time.

We reproduce, below, the statement issued by the press officer of FC Petrolul Ploiesti, regarding the club’s decision regarding the event on Friday, May 17:

“We appreciate your initiative and we would have been very happy to be able to participate in this action. Unfortunately, the unwanted events that have occurred in the last few days in our team, which is faced with the injury of several players, as well as the extremely busy schedule during this period, prevent us from honoring the invitation and being present, thus, at the meeting with the supporters of the most beloved bands of the city.

With the hope that you will understand the situation, it remains for us to meet, in the same setting, in June, when the team’s schedule will allow participation in such an event.
